OUR PROCESS
Here at Smith’s Meats, we pride ourselves on customer service and our delivery system. Here are some helpful tips to make the process flow seamlessly for you.
PLACING
ORDERS
1. Email your order to orders@smithsmeat.nz, provide your Business name, product description, quantity and delivery date required (Email orders are the safest option for both parties).
2. By phoning in to reception at any time, our friendly team will be available help you from 7.00am to 3.00pm. Outside of these hours please leave a message on the answerphone and we will process the order the following business day.
DELIVERY
SYSTEM
1. Area 1, Local deliveries (Tauranga/Mount/Te Puke) same day delivery for orders received by 5.00am.
After 5.00am orders delivered next business day.
2. Area 2, North Island deliveries other than area 1, orders received by 5.00am delivery following day. Orders received after 5.00am will be delivered 2nd business day following.
3. Area 3, Northland and South Island, due to transport logistics allow an extra day for delivery
(i.e. Delivery is 3rd day after order is received).
